Commissions

I currently accept custom orders and commissions. My lead-time is 4 to 6 weeks. Depending on the complexity of the design and availability of the specific type, shape and size of the gemstones needed for the project there may be occasions when the lead-time will be more than 6 weeks.

For all custom orders, payment must be received prior to beginning of the project.

Pricing

The designing work with the customer costs £25-£50 depending on the amount of changes that has been made after the first sketch was represented.

Commissions under £150 will require a deposit of £50 plus the cost of the designing work. Commissions over £150 will require a 50% deposit plus the cost of the designing work.

Please note that all commission work is final and can't be returned.

The design of the commissioned piece of jewellery belongs to MYstyFOX.

If you are interested in a commission please email me and we can discuss designs and stone choices. I currently work only with the gemstones that I source myself. I do not work with any stones provided by customers.

How it works

Designing work:

The custom order starts from an initial consultation. That is when you discuss your style preferences, budget and detail your vision.

Following on, you will receive a personalised, hand-drawn sketch of your proposed jewellery. At this stage you can add and change some details to the design, ensuring each detail is perfected before the jewellery is crafted.

After the design has been approved it is impossible to add or change anything since the manufacturing process has started.

Please allow adequate time for me to review your order, create made-to-order and commissioned pieces, package the items, and ship the order. This is a one-woman show and sometimes life does get in the way of life. If any significant delays are expected, I will let you know.
