Here you will find the detailed information about how to place an order, how I pack your jewelleries, shipping and tracking information and also answers to other frequently asked questions.

Payment

All payments are securely processed through Stripe and must be received in full before your items are shipped, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Stripe is a convenient and trustworthy online payment provider that supports debit and credit bank cards and many other payment methods.

Shipping Information

Shipping charges include postage, packaging and handling of the items.

Processing Time

All items that are in stock will be shipped within 5 business days. Made-to-order items will be crafted and shipped within 2-4 weeks unless otherwise specified. All items are clearly marked as either ready to ship or made to order. Please read specific item descriptions for further details.

Domestic Shipping

All orders shipped within the United Kingdom are shipped by services of Royal Mail, First Class Signed For.

International Shipping

All international orders are Tracked & Signed For and shipped with the Royal Mail. You will receive an email with the tracking information shortly after your order has been dispatched.

International shipping may take 2-4 weeks. If you require something by a certain date and are concerned about my shipping times, please send me a message before placing an order.

Custom And Import Taxes

MYstyFOX is located in the United Kingdom. Buyers from abraod are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply when ordering from abroad. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Packaging

I pack the ordered jewelleries in a beautiful gift or branded box with anti-tarnish strips. You will also receive a printed sheet with care instructions, contact information and free jewellery polishing cloth. If you'd like a special gift wrapping - send me a note at the checkout.

Cancellation And Refund Policy

Cancellation

I gladly accept cancellations. Please contact me within 24 hours of your purchase for your order to be cancelled and refunded. After this time your order cannot be cancelled or changed as it is already prepared for shipping.

Returns And Exchanges

At this moment all sales are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted. All MYstyFOX jewelleries are of high quality and thoroughly checked and cleaned before shipping. Please make sure you carefully check all details, product description and photos, and read shop policies before payment.
